    When your order leaves the factory, our delivery team will call you to arrange a confirmed slot.

    Kerbside delivery

    The driver calls on the morning. An adult must be present to accept, inspect, and sign for the delivery.

Our products are large, heavy and made of glass and aluminium, so they're delivered kerbside by a specialist carrier. A little planning makes the day run smoothly.

Because everything is made to your sizes, lead times vary by product and specification. Your estimated lead time is shown on the product page before you order and confirmed on your order confirmation. We arrange a delivery date with you once your order is ready.
Deliveries are kerbside only. The driver delivers to the kerb outside your property and isn't able to bring items inside or around the back. As products are large and heavy, please have help available to move and store them safely.
Yes. Someone needs to be present to receive the delivery, inspect it and sign for it. Please check everything, including the glass, before signing, and note any damage on the delivery note. If you can't fully check it, sign for it as "unchecked".
Note any visible damage on the delivery note before the driver leaves, and report it to us within 24 hours with photos. We will work quickly to resolve it. If you cannot check thoroughly on the day, sign as "unchecked" to protect yourself.

Yes — most Scottish and Welsh addresses are covered as standard. Some Scottish Highlands postcodes may carry a small surcharge. Northern Ireland and offshore addresses are handled individually; contact us before ordering.
