Email

Your order has been placed and payment received. You'll get an email with your order number and a summary of what you ordered.

Your products are being manufactured to your specifications at Origin's factory in High Wycombe. This is where most of the lead time is spent.

Your order has left the factory and is on its way. Our delivery team will call you to confirm your delivery slot.

The driver will call you on the morning of delivery. Please make sure an adult is present and access is clear.

You get your delivery date well in advance, so you can plan around it. On the day itself, many orders are live GPS tracked so you can follow your delivery on its way, and the driver calls you in the morning to confirm your time slot. No all-day waiting, no guessing.

Why we do this

Visibility is the whole point

SmartaView was started because buying glazing meant ordering into a black hole: no updates, no idea when anything would arrive, and no one to ask. We built the opposite. You see your status, you get the emails, and you always know what happens next. That is not a nice-to-have for us, it is the reason we are here.

Tracking questions, answered

Log in to your account, where every order and its live status sits in one place. There are no separate order numbers to dig out, your account brings it all together.
Your single SmartaView order can include items from more than one of our manufacturers, such as Origin or Smart Systems, as well as our roof range. Each item carries its own supplier reference and its own status, and your account shows them together under your one order. Items may be made and delivered at different times.
From the moment you order. You get an email at confirmation, when your order is accepted, when it is packed and ready, when delivery is booked, and once it is delivered. Your account shows the live status in between.
You get your delivery date well in advance. On the day, many orders are live GPS tracked so you can follow yours on the way, and the driver calls you in the morning to confirm your time slot.
Many deliveries are. Where live tracking is available you can watch your order on its way on the day. You always get the date ahead of time and a morning call with your slot, tracked or not.
First check your account and your email, including spam. If you are still unsure, contact us with your order number and we will tell you exactly where things stand.
