What is covered
- The aluminium frame and its structural integrity.
- The powder-coated finish against peeling, flaking and blistering, under the manufacturer terms.
- Sealed glazing units against seal failure and internal misting.
- Moving parts and hardware operating as intended.
What is not covered
- Accidental or impact damage, misuse or neglect.
- Faults caused by incorrect installation. We supply only, so fitting is arranged by you and must be done by a competent installer.
- Normal wear and tear, or failure to carry out routine cleaning and maintenance.
- Modifications or repairs made after delivery by anyone other than the manufacturer.
The full terms, length and exclusions are set by each manufacturer and supplied with your product. Correct installation by a competent installer and routine maintenance are needed to keep your guarantee valid.

Built to your exact sizes
Nothing we supply is pulled off a shelf. Every door, rooflight and lantern is manufactured to the exact specification and sizes you choose at checkout, then delivered direct from the maker.
Because each product is bespoke, made-to-measure items are not covered by the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation that applies to off-the-shelf goods. Your statutory rights, if something arrives faulty or not as ordered, are unaffected, and the manufacturer guarantee sits on top of those rights. Full details are on our Returns and refunds page.
